🏆 CGWC 3rd Place Finisher “Yafish” is Crushing the Winter Festival
One well-known CoinPoker reg is putting up serious numbers in the Winter Masters. Crushing both cash games and tournaments is rare, but apparently, Yafish has what it takes.
Yafish finished third at the 2025 Mid-Stakes Cash Game World Championship and now leads the Winter Festival rankings in several categories:
1st for Most Wins: 3 wins so far
4th for Most Cashes: 41 cashes so far
6th for Most Money Won: $21,031 so far
Most Events Played is led by JamesPenguin with an incredible 126 events. Tourney grinder GamblersFallacy, who leads CoinMasters with five unique Coins, is in 9th place with 67 tournaments played.

To celebrate the final stage of our $10M GTD Winter Festival, we’re giving away $5,000 in tournament tickets during the Winter Masters Series.
We’ve already rewarded players with 80 tickets worth $25 each for the Winter Masters series.

❄️ $100K Winter Masters Leaderboards On Now
The Winter Masters Series just started, and the leaderboard race is anybody’s game. With the new format, consistency matters more than volume since your top 10 results count, giving every player a real shot.
🪙 2026 CoinMasters Update: Winners & Coins Leaders Need
To kick off the new year, we’re sharing an in-depth CoinMasters update so you can see exactly how the series is going.
We’ll show you who’s on top of the leaderboard, how many Coins have been collected, and which Coins the top players need most.
🏆 The CoinMasters Leaderboard – First Weeks of 2026
Here’s the breakdown so far. We have plenty of players holding a single Coin (still eligible to win the $100,000 poker career), and about 20% of players holding more than one Coin.
Players with 5 unique coins: 2
Players with 4 unique coins: 6
Players with 3 unique coins: 14
Players with 2 unique coins: 82
Players with 1 unique coin: 501
We also took a look at which Coins the top players desperately need.
As you can see, almost everyone needs to collect the BITCOIN Gold Coin. Many players have already locked down a SHIBA Coin, so the leaders won’t be going for that event as much.
This Week’s CoinMasters Winners
Congratulations to everyone who won Coins this week, especially DenyBujaka, who won two Silver Coins.
We also had Fintan Hand (easywithaces) on our tables in the $88 CoinMasters PENGU. When it came down to the final two, Fintan flopped two pair, and the poker gods gave his opponent two pair on the river. After that, it was all over.
Here are other big winners from CoinMasters this week:
DenyBujaka won the $88 PEPE – ASIA for $2,500, as well as the $88 SHIBA – ASIA for $2,656
RustCohle won the $88 DOGE-ASIA for $2,656, claiming their second unique coin
KingSolomun took the $122 BITCOIN Asia for $11,711, earning their first coin
PapaPoor shipped the $150 BITCOIN Event for $25,811, claiming their first coin
Dolfin7 grabbed the $100 FLOKI event for $6,361, also their second coin
Sunday Majors Winners
On Sunday, plenty of players cashed in on our biggest guarantees.
ChiggafishGambino won WMS-H #44 ₮200 Sunday Winter Special for $11,632
🚀 CoinRaces Are STILL Boosted: $15K Daily Until February
Until February 1, CoinRaces run at 25% extra value, hitting $15,000 per day instead of the usual $12,000.
We’re adding more money to every 4-hour cash game leaderboard, and you don’t need to be playing $500,000 buy-ins like Kayhan and cardsforfun to win. CoinRaces is set up for all stakes, from low to high.
If you’re playing NLH, PLO, or 5-Card PLO cash games, you get six leaderboard resets every day.
Hop in before the boost ends, and collect payouts from CoinRaces.
